Hello,I will start my journey in 2014 at this my age is around 20 years. I will join shiven industries as a parttime partner.First i will learn about the production of cashew,its grades and all the machinary. After getting knowledge I will start my own firm Name is Manav cashew industries in 2015. I will alone that time then i will arrenge machinary and rented godown for processing of cashewnuts. I will hire 3 man and 15 ladies for the work. I will teach man entire process and work.After that I will focus on marketing and sales that i will handle my self. After that i join maruti trading co. as a partner and handle marketing,purchase,sales beacuse of 2015-1018 i have lots of wholesaler and retailer in my touch so on my experience i will able to sales the material in gujarat. In this period i will generate new leads and buyers from the rajasthan. after 2021 i moved in ahmedabad and I will a apply for Sub brokership of IIFL securities and also clear NISM exam for mutual funds adviosry and heath and general insurance.Now i work as a financial advisor in ahmedabad.
