Project Supervisor
CurrentJob duties performed include:● Engaging in collaborative efforts with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Stellantis, Ford, and Honda, along with their respective suppliers, to systematically identify and address failure modes as per Customer expectations.● Developing work instructions, job setup and other pertinent documentation pertaining to quality inspection procedures.● Leading and managing various teams of quality inspectors site-wide, overseeing projects related to quality inspection and containment processes.● Managing supplier and worksite team expectations aligned to deliver sensitive data and results with zero complaints.● Compiling shift reports containing data-driven insights and charts, and effectively communicating findings to worksite authorities and relevant stakeholders.● Locating failure modes through methods like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and consulting with worksite quality representatives to address and bridge quality gaps efficiently.
