Residence Assistant
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
My Resident Assistant Leadership role at University of Alberta has taught me numerous adroitness, management skills, Community Support Shifts, and health supervised skills to lead the community in a profound manner, including dealing with emergency situations and overcoming them. The role I was elected for gave me a vast experience in team-building and communication skills by which I and my team were able to perform the best of our work in a very structured manner. The RA role gave me the opportunity to attend meetings with people from various fields and vast experiences where I was able to put my opinion and communicate. Moreover, I even got hands-on experience in coordinating and leading events for the community wherein I learned the structured workflow system.I’d like to thank the Lister residence Team of the University Of Alberta for choosing me for the role of Resident Assistant and for giving me a chance to serve the community.
