Summit Resources, LLC – Right of Way Supervisor (Enterprise NGL Project) – Midland/Odessa, Texas Area (September 2017 – February 2018)► Worked as Right of Way Supervisor for Summit Resources, LLC, representing Enterprise on an NGL Pipeline Project in the Permian Basin Area of Texas, and responsible for all general, ROW Supervisor duties. ► Engaged with Landowners to acquire Easements, and Agreements on compensation.► Was responsible for reviewing Right of Way Agents daily contact notes from their interactions with Landowners.► Reviewed and made assessment of correctness and accuracy of Preliminary Plats, and Alignment Sheets. ► Formatted, edited, organize and manipulated KMZ File to include weekly updates for ongoing Pipeline Project.► Assisted in support of Title efforts, including the following work activity: pulling Tax Card information; research of Title to provide vesting deeds; identification of outstanding liens, lis pendens, judgments; identification of encumbrances, including other easements, or leases.
