Developed the Accounts Payable department by transitioning it from a third-party consultant to in-house processing of all invoices. This included implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Implementation involved conducting UAT and SIT testing to ensure the processes were flowing smoothly. Trained the new AP department as well as end-users in the restaurants with the new process. I was very involved in hypercare of the new systems. Also, transitioned the accounts payable of two new restaurant acquisitions into the new system and developed the team that handled these restaurants.

Implemented Concur Invoicing process as the AP workflow which eliminated 95% of all paper invoices and developed greater efficiencies in processing invoices. Also, trained the entire company for the new workflow. Partnered with Concur to Beta test their purchase order module for invoicing by implementing the process for capital expenditures. Processed 1099s and Escheatments for the company. Developed KPIs and used them to create efficiencies within the department.
