Alessandro has many years experience in Law, and qualified as a Solicitor in August 2009 working for a practice in Haywards Heath, and developing a Dispute Resolution Department. After a few years Alessandro decided to work in the city, and was contracted to work in Horsham for a multinational insurance company, looking after legal affairs. Alessandro has also worked for an international airline offering consultancy advice on catastrophic injury and overseas travel injury.Alessandro decided to set up Mancini Legal with the intention of running a friendly, open and approachable Law firm who is always happy to offer commitment to its clients and offer affordable legal services with exception quality and customer care. Here we understand that it is vital to obtain a professionally collated set of medical notes, with a cross referenced chronology, for use by legal practitioners, experts, counsel and the Courts.Our service is to provide our client’s with:- 1) Sorted and paginated records2) Index3) A Chronology4) Summary of events5) Schedule of imageryThe records provided are sorted and reviewed into the relevant areas of treatment and results. All privileged, duplicate and blank documents are removed with missing and illegible records being identified. These records are then paginated and indexed. Our experienced members of staff will provide a detailed review of the records in a clear and concise chronology. The chronology allows the reader an overview of any past medical history and identifies important events, all being indexed to the relevant records. Whilst our members of staff all work to the same format, we are happy to offer a bespoke service to our client’s to meet their individual needs. Our team will then finally provide a summary for an overview to gain a quick understanding of the entries, including details any suggested medico legal experts and potential issues that may have arisen.
