In 2021, I made the bold decision to leave corporate American and pursue the passion that had been simmering in my heart for years. That's when Pickles & Pancetta was born. Inspired by my grandparents and their love for gathering people around the table with delicious, high-quality food, I set out to create a business that does the same. Pickles & Pancetta specializes in charcuterie boards, grazing tables, Italian antipasto spreads, gourmet sandwiches, and salads. Our retail store offers a curated selection of meats, cheeses, jams and accompaniments for charcuterie boards, along with Italian specialty products like imported pastas, olive oils and olives. At Pickles & Pancetta, we believe in using organic, high-quality ingredients to make people happy through food. Our goal is to make our customers feel welcome, loved, and inspired to cook and gather with their loved ones. It has been an incredible journey so far, filled with learning, growth, and countless moments of joy. From hiring a dedicated team to overcoming challenges like permit delays and expanding our product offerings, every step has brought us closer to realizing our vision. I am proud to have built strong partnerships and to see our storefront coming to life, with exciting new products arriving daily.
