Empathy is one of the key drivers I tend to keep in mind when working with others in different projects, in order to keep up with objectives and goals to find authentic solution when solving problems. 💻 I´m interested in areas relateted to Talent, Strategy & Entrepreneurship. 👩🏻‍💻I I have experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem within the Healthtech, Foodtech & Sustainable Cities sector in Endeavor in the selection and growth department. I work every single day with very complex industries models due to all of its flaws, regulation, and tech starting to immersed. This has given me the experience to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, to be flexible, innovate and open to learn to help entrepreneurs with their most strategic priorities in regards all the challenges that the entrepreneur journey has, delivering them Endeavor services to overcome those obstacles in terms of capital, talent, growth and impact.👫 I was co-founder of the Women in Business Student Association at UDLAP, along with 9 other amazing women. We grew exponentially from 10 to 123 members in 3 semesters. I had the opportunity to start as events coordinator and then grew to help with project strategy and develop the first business incubator at the University, WIBSAs Startup Lab. Whereby, we have the opportunity to selected 15 startup business projects from WIBSAs members and mentor them to later, challenge them at a small panel called WIBSAs Box, to help them deliver the most attractive pitch and consolidate the most competitive business plans and later startups. I seek to create an impact based on entrepreneurship and growth strategy to reach for a more equal, creative and gender equality.
