As a Product Designer for Redgate Monitor, I lead and guide the product team to ensure our product strategy aligns with organizational goals. By collaborating closely with the team, I make strategic decisions on feature development while tracking and monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive data-driven decisions.In my product leadership role, I work alongside the Tech Lead and Product Manager to align our development efforts with long-term objectives. Leveraging my expertise in user research and analysis, I inform decision-making throughout the product development process. I create and present designs at various levels of detail, ensuring accountability for my team's designs while collaborating with other product designers to refine and enhance existing patterns.I also facilitate intra-team and division-wide design workshops for idea generation, story prioritization, design critiques, and sprint retrospectives. Additionally, I have delivered talks on accessible design and development techniques and co-founded the Accessibility Peer Group at Redgate.
