Mandakini (Mandy), is an accomplished leader with experience in transformation, strategic planning /execution, governance, and risk management. Mandy has over 20 years of experience in Banking and Financial services across multiple geographies in Asia Pacific. She was appointed Chief Risk Officer for MyState Limited, in December 2015. MyState is an ASX 300 listed diversified financial services group and is a leading provider of Banking, Trustee and Wealth Management services. Prior to this Mandy has held leadership and risk management roles in a large multinational financial services conglomerate. Mandy has strong business and commercial acumen and has contributed to the strategic growth of the business she has worked in.Mandy is passionate about improving risk management practices and enhancing risk culture, by building capacity and capability in the management of both financial and non financial risks. She has successfully leveraged technology to enhance risk management practices for non financial risks, while ensuring financials risks are managed effectively. Mandy is also the chair of MyState’s ESG committee and has lead the development of the groups ESG strategy and climate disclosures.
