Outcome of my work: Mindfulness as the Key: In a business world where time is money and individuals are often overshadowed, I emphasize the pivotal importance of mindfulness in preventing Burnout, CFS, and mobbing. Even though our modern Western world poses many challenges, there is hope that companies recognize the value of human resources. Those affected are also called upon to develop coping strategies and bring these valuable experiences back into society.

In my thematic work, conducted during my training as a corporate mentor at the Coaching Zentrum Olten, I delved deeply into the scientifically founded Zurich Resources Model (ZRM®) and its image collection. My study focused on the added value of the ZRM® image collection in professional accompaniments. The findings revealed that images provide clients with quick access to their emotions and make the accompaniment more efficient. The ZRM® image collection facilitates a targeted approach, enabling clients to more easily and successfully implement desired action changes. Given its scientific foundation and the positive impact of images in my accompaniment, I am convinced to consistently utilize this method in my practice, as it aligns perfectly with my accompaniment philosophy.
