Led a dynamic team of strategists, project managers, and researchers dedicated to building actionable and transformative strategies for the arts and culture sector. Mentored and managed the strategy team, which grew from 5 to 10 members during my tenure, and oversaw select client projects, including the Barnes Foundation and Carnegie Museum of Art.Contributed to firm-wide decision-making and strategy as part of the leadership team, and fielded new business inquiries, conceived project scopes of work, and crafted and pitched proposals.Co-authored "Untapped Opportunity: Older Americans & the Arts" (2022), a special edition of Culture Track highlighting the behaviors, attitudes, and desires of Americans aged 55 and better.

Led a robust range of projects, from strategic visioning to brand positioning, providing strategic and editorial oversight to project teams, co-presenting findings and facilitating client work sessions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction and project success. Select clients included Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Barnes Foundation, and Huntington Theatre.Co-authored "Culture + Community in a Time of Crisis" (2020), a pandemic-era edition of Culture Track, LC’s long-running audience research study. Collaborated with research partners Slover Linett Audience Research to craft report narrative and data visualizations, and co-presented findings to the field.

Key member of leadership team for acclaimed non-profit artist residency located on the grounds of a 225-year-old family farm. Supported critical period of expansion as the organization assumed management of organic farming operations, increased its operating budget from $700k to $1.4 million in two years, and doubled its staff.Led development of all foundation and government funders, growing institutional support by 39% from 2017 to 2019. Managed cultivation and solicitation of individual and corporate supporters in partnership with Founding Executive Director. Directed annual gala and 5+ cultivation and fundraising events annually. Crafted all institutional narratives, including grant proposals, fundraising appeals and reports, press releases, and oversaw creation of all public-facing materials and branding.

Hudson Valley farm growing rare and specialty produce exclusively for, and in collaboration with, New York City chefs. Clients include Craft, Riverpark, Fowler & Wells, Loring Place, Liberty Street Bistro, and The Beacon Hotel.

Led and managed all aspects of internationally-renowned and Brooklyn-based theatre ensemble, including creative producing, financial planning and management, fundraising and events, external communications and marketing, and ensemble management and communications.Managed the artistic development and producing strategy for 3 critically-acclaimed World Premiere productions, "RoosevElvis," "Anything That Gives Off Light" (with National Theatre of Scotland), and "Primer for a Failed Superpower". Negotiated and managed tours of TEAM plays to London (National Theatre and Royal Court Theatre), Scotland (Edinburgh International Festival), Australia, Hong Kong, and across the US. Pitched and facilitated the publishing of "Five Plays by the TEAM", an anthology of the company’s first 10 years, and "RoosevElvis" with Oberon Books, London.

Organized developmental workshop of WATER (or the secret life of objects), by Sheila Callaghan, directed by Danielle Topol with EPIC Theatre Ensemble (2011). Produced research trip to Detroit for early development of Dominique Morisseau’s Skeleton Crew in 2011.

Nonprofit arts organization presenting work that illuminates social justice and human rights issues. As Director of Women Center Stage in 2011 and 2012, reestablished and rebranded the festival after a three-year hiatus. A month-long and multidisciplinary festival, WCS provided a platform for over 75 early to mid-career female performing artists and their collaborators. Other production highlights include: Yael Farber's "MoLoRa" (2011), Kia Corthron's "A Cool Dip in the Barren Saharan Crick" with Playwrights' Horizons and The Play Company (2010), Lemon Andersen's "County of Kings" (2009), "In Conflict" (2008), "Expatriate" by Lenelle Moïse (2008), and "Betrayed" by George Packer (2008).

Managed and consulted on theatrical productions, fundraising events, and collaborative projects with Epic Theatre Ensemble, Women's Project, undergroundzero festival, terraNOVA Collective, Arts in Bushwick, and Lumenhouse.
