I am looking for new opportunities beyond the classroom. As an eCoach, I am part of a team that pilots and integrates new technology. As such, I am very adept at learning and integrating both hardware and software. In this role, I am also tasked with staff development, program design/management, and data analysis regarding desired outcomes. I am extremely skilled with MS Office and the Google Drive platform. As an experienced educator, I am able to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of people. I am particularly skilled at building relationships. I thrive in fast-paced environments that allow me to work independently and to use my problem solving, critical thinking and creative skills. However, I also enjoy working collaboratively in a strong, positive team environment. After almost 15 years in education, the landscape has changed dramatically and I feel that my talents would be better utilized in a different environment. I am very much interested in moving into a corporate trainer position or something similar. In addition, I also have prior experience as an executive assistant.
