•Lead the team and be the interface between customer team and PSL team•Participate in client calls for requirement gathering/clarification, issue understandings•Collaborate with appropriate resources on development issues and timeline to ensure timely delivery of releases with quality•Produce appropriate baseline project plans•Assess project performance and communicate lessons learned/feedback to team •Provide regular co-development project communication and status reporting

* Tracking US Technology sector companies and Indian Education sector* Design and develop financial models using excel* Writing research report - initiations, event updates and thematic notes* Develop strong Client and Management contacts and interact with them on regular basis

* Member of support team of Finacle - Banking software from Infosys* Providing maintenance and support services for functional/technical issues reported by clients within Service Level Agreements* Release maintenance and reconciliation of older version of Finacle as per client specifications* Client interface for issue simulation, requirement gathering and need analysis
