Workday:• Creating Process checklists, SOPs and Process audits.• Managing the HR Process transitions to India from all across the globe.• Responsible for managing /correcting the employee information in Workday.• Managing certain Business processes on Workday.• Managing HRIS query mailbox.• Managing global employee queries/issues pertaining to pay, compensations, time off, policies, time tracking, overtime etc.• Working closely with HR Heads, HR Managers and HR Business Partners to set up the certain HR processes and managing employee grievances• Managing the Letter Generation processes for UK, Middle East, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand markets• MIS and ReportsRecruitment:• Handling background checks for India region & simultaneously doing recruitment for junior roles.• Monitoring background activity and work with vendors to complete candidates background process on time.• Coordinating and scheduling candidates for interviews with supervisors or managers.• Incharge of preparing Offer letters, Appointment Letters, Contract Extension Letters, Relieving letters, etc.• Handling employees joining formalities.• Preparing KYC data of new joiners for payroll department.• Maintaining & updating recruitment database to record all recruiting activities daily.
