Only high-rise commercial Building in Mumbai having Composite steel structure with Concrete filled tubes. (CFT). LEED Platinum rated Building. Completed in just 27 months with interior fit out. Emerald Isle – Residential Development is a mix used development on walk to work concept. It includes total Residential development of 26.73 Lakh Sq.ft. comprising 2000 units in 3 phases. Development includes Commercial, Retail, and medical facility making it self-sustainable design for residence. Completed / worked on Nearly 7.0 million Sq. ft of commercial spaces, 3..5 million Sq.ft of Residential Development, 4.5 million Sq. ft of interior fit outs And 0.6 million Sq. ft of industrial development.
