Responsible for the development of strategic initiatives concerning information technology, implementation and support of IT systems, architecture, systems reliability, application development, complete computerization of the Restaurants• Provide professional skills to the IT department.• Ensuring integrity of corporate data, proprietary information, and system security.• Handle and maintain the centralized software installed• Act and interface with non-technical business users in determining overall information technology approach• Administer and maintain telephone switch and PBX.• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair and maintenance - computers, copiers, printers and other devices. • Identify additional infrastructure needs to improve efficiency.

Managing the portfolio of application systems software, hardware and infrastructure part of telecommunication systems for the unit including • Provide front line technical support for the hotel operations.• Business Applications • Customer facing / in room technologies (ITV, WiFi) • Systems & Data Security • Data Backup & Recovery• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair and maintenance - computers, copiers, printers and other devices.• Administer and maintain telephone switch and PBX.
