Participating in carrying out external compensation survey to support market-based pricing of company positions.Monitoring leave, absences, holidays, employee records, updating office timing & maintaining leave, comp-off & attendance of the employee.Organizing employee welfare, development, recreational & social activities; have implemented employee engagement activities to create fun @ work.Responsible for Retail & Sales incentive calculation, analysis, policy implementation & compliance; adhering to the stipulated statutory compliance w.r.t. Income Tax, Payments of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, Gratuity & PT etc.Handling Performance Appraisal and drafting & issuing Increment letter; coordinating with peer & superior for appraisal & midterm reviews.Ensuring complete adherence to the separations process as per Full & Final Policy; conducting exit interview, no dues clearance, gratuity calculation and final payment.
