Wall panel shop drawings: Documenting and detailing wall panels shops. Assigning the wall picks and construction sequence in a wall panel database, which feeds into a production schedule at the prefabrication shop.6. Coordinating with trades: Spreaheading MEP, steel, concrete, masonry scope trade coordination meetings to resolve any possible conflicts.

This role was focused at Virtual Design and coordination effort in wood panel prefabrication process and to be a point of contact between the architect and the construction team. Mandar prepared shop drawings for their prefab shop specialized in framing wall panels and floor trusses assemblies. This step required him to setup a BIM model and review construction documents for structural connections, and its adequacy.In addition, Mandar helped manage material buyout, inclusive of Engineered wood products and hardware connections for wood-wood, wood- steel, wood- masonry, and wood-concrete Connections.
