Created a large segment in Indian confectionery market. Took on challenge of upgrading flagship Alpenliebe to 2X price point. Delivered strong results via developing first in world product innovation and repositioning brand on "small of joys of life". Boosted profitability by 70% in the process. Created innovation pipeline for 3 years horizon aong with global R&D. Created large impact across key brands such as Chupa Chups, Center Fresh, Center Fruit in capacity of media head. Part of this stint was revisiting sales & marketing structures to come up with more efficient structure ( cross functional project including HR team & external consultant).

Responsible for Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal & Himachal Pradesh. Direct reporting of 8 Sales Managers. Indirect reporting of more than 50 on roll employees. Vast distributor network including 700 direct ditributors & 1200 sub-distributors.

Responsible for Chlor-mint & Alpenliebe. Launched Chocoliebe brand in India.
