Production Delivery Manager
Current• Directly supporting the Head of Fleet Delivery to improve production strategies and help co-ordinate activities across all Chiltern Railways sites (Wembley Depot, Aylesbury Depot, Banbury Depot, Stourbridge Depot, Marylebone Outstation, Birmingham Moor Street Outstation)• Support and lead projects/ visions to improve and encourage momentum ensuring set actions/ targets are met within the timeframes set• Provide assurances on production practices and continuous improvement on processes and procedures• Quality assurance ensuring set standards are met by auditing and enhancing frameworks• Recruitment modeling to ensure a high level of input is correctly allocated within the engineering functions to maximize output• Work closely with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to delivery managers to optimize maintenance and availability opportunities• Working as a support function to align the business goals within each team across engineering • Disciplinary and grievance interviews/ investigations• Poor performance/ poor attendance interviews • Trade Union meetings to work with and understand issues to resolve where alignment allows with business needs
