Poduction Technician
Current• Performs production processes involving consumables and materials use for testing, verifying and commissioning of trace detection machines for narcotics and explosives.• Prepare and set-up of various equipment and machines used in daily productions for different types of materials, chemicals and solutions.• Read / review procedures for processing certain consumable item for production.• Ensure tidiness and order in assigned working place before and after daily production activity.• Sorting, labeling, canning, packing and storing finished products after the daily production.• Material handling and monitoring of raw materials, chemicals, miscellaneous items, supplies and other related products for daily sustenance of production floor.• Request of materials and required supplies to supplement and support the daily manufacturing activities.• Coordinate with different sections in work area to accomplish production target set for daily accomplishment.• Data entry and recording of production outputs and the complete finished products.• Provide daily production report to lead hand.• Operate spiking robot, hydraulic press and industrial ovens. Also perform regular maintenance of ovens and other machines.• Test silicone membranes as well as test, bake, package, seal and label them.• Perform work under fumehood.
