* We are responsible for designing, building and operating our unified global data centers; managing the demand planning and capacity utilization of our unified infrastructure; and responsible for all of the operations needed to run the physical infrastructure (including supply chain, hardware, power, security, and workflow teams). We focus on smart growth with an emphasis on automation, data-driven engineering, cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability.* Collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals across the Information Technology (IT) and Critical Environment (CE) spectrums supporting the deployment of on-site DC physical infrastructures such as Servers, NetDevices, SANs, Windows Server OS Support, physical cabling, parts/component replacement, and physical hardware troubleshooting.* Executing work-orders via ticketing queues and systems in a fast-paced environment leveraging your broad range of skills in support of deployment tasks for these state-of-the-art server and network hardware platforms built on cutting edge, datacenter industry designs and infrastructure.* Perform power cycles, swap out failed components, handle storage media, and perform troubleshooting.* Manage deployment plan and plan resources (i.e. project management)– including when to engage with cross-program work streams to complete tasks.* Actively engage with the Integration and Operations Lead and provide status reporting as required.* Work with business to identify, connect with, and manage local end-user key stakeholders and address their needs, concerns and questions.* Escalate risks and issues through defined governance processes and manage to resolution.* Integrate with other platform system teams to ensure that end-users in their deployment are ready for conversion.* Trained and mentored 30+ new interns on handling the hardware and software systems required in business, how to troubleshoot servers, and advanced product knowledge.

* Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and as appropriate their supporting technologies.* Troubleshooting down to component level to identify equipment problems.* Analyze servers and network systems to identify and initiate repair of firmware issues.* Monitor and act on alerts received via corporate monitoring solution, system events, and application flows.* Performing system/network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimum operations.

* Propose new programming solutions for automation of current tasks as well as create recent programs for ad hoc requests.* Provide accurate and detailed logs within the ticketing and messaging systems for callouts and system alerts, as well as for communication and escalation steps taken to ensure prompt resolution of supported equipment, processes and teams.* Performing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, technology, etc.
