My caseload consisted of in-patients with varying mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar, and psychopathy as well as co-morbid physical and/or cognitive impairments. Assessment and treatment was aimed towards eventual community reintegration and independence. I gained experience working with various members of the interprofessional treatment team, electronic documentation, standardized and non-standardized functional assessments and interventions, case conferences, and report writing.
