As an Operations Analyst at Ipsator, I work with data to optimize the e-catering service for IRCTC, India's largest online rail ticketing platform. I use regression analysis, machine learning, and R programming to identify patterns, trends, and insights from large and complex datasets, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.I am also a student of the IPBA at IIM, Indore, one of the premier business schools in India. This program equips me with the skills and knowledge to apply data science techniques to solve real-world business problems across various domains and industries. My passion for data science stems from my curiosity and fascination with how information and decisions can shape our lives and careers. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with experts and peers in this field, and to explore the potential of artificial intelligence and deep learning to create innovative and impactful solutions.
