Process and send out Purchase Order.• Contacting suppliers and requesting quotations.• Negotiate pricing and shipping rates.• Checking confirmation of orders, Delivery Notes etc.• Coping, Scanning and Storing documents project wise.• Update pending orders time to time.• Attending & making telephone calls to other department.• Preparing the Purchase Orders & ordering it to the concern suppliers for every items.• Checking, Receiving & sending of files, emails, documents & couriers.• Organizing the dispatch.• Updating & Maintaining the Supplier Database.• Tracking of payments for goods ordered.• Regular follow up with vendor for material dispatch after sending the P.O.’s.• Checking bills receivable rates are proper or not.• Update & Maintain for Day to Day transaction in MS-Excel as well as manual file.• To maintain proper records for all documents whether inside or outside the company
