My Duties are: To explain recruiters regarding the whole process of training and placement. To make good relationships with the candidates. To keep their confidential records i.e., resume, agreement, educational documents, International ID etc. To make sure every candidate is attending the training and if not then contact them if they arefacing any issue with the trainer or regarding any other issue and try to resolve that asap. To connect with trainers regarding study materials and daily assignment and send that to every candidate. To collect daily assignments from candidates and submit them to trainer. To maintain attendance records of all the batches. To schedule Mock Interviews of the candidates as per their availability. To share all docs and skill matrix of consultants to our marketing team after the training. To take regular follow up with marketing team regarding interviews and PO.

My Duties were: US IT Recruitment at W2 fulltime/contract for our clients i.e., Infosys, TCS, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra etc. Use Portals: Monster & Indeed. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Connect call to candidates and explain about the service we are providing – 6 weeks of IT industrial training and then schedule their interview with our clients and about our consulting commission. Convince candidate to be ready with our offer with t&c. Schedule Technical Round with our team to check his basics and learning capability. After that candidate need to do agreement with us. Then candidate can join our training group for 6 weeks. To do weekly follow up with candidate if he/she stuck at any point in training. Build up a good relationship with candidates and motivate them for cracking the interview.

My Duties were: To do at least 30-40 calls to the job seekers from the data provided by screening team.  Let them know about our organization and our services.  Convince the job seeker and proceed the application by first testing their certificates and basic knowledge regarding and forward it to the training department.  To do regular follow up with the job seeker regarding preparation and motivate him to crack the interview and lab tests.  After proper training, connect qualified candidates with the hiring managers.  Our team use to try again and again till candidate does not get placed in any organization.
