Support Client Solution Leadership Team:- Proactively communicating & managing all request that includes regular touch base with leadership team to know the client requirements and customization of the product.Team Management:- Maintaining effective delivery mechanism for the team across products, Reviewing & providing feedback to team members on the around products, Ensuring high quality of products constantly word towards enhancing newer projects, Closely working with team members and keep tracking of overall efficiency of the team.Dashboard Creation:- Playing a critical role in understanding business process and utilizing the gained knowledge to come up with solutions in various dashboards, Taking initiatives in creating new designs and styles in Dashboards for the team and Reviewing the dashboard & managing it according to the requirement.Product Development:- our products are Underwriting (Revenue Forecasting), BIC (Dashboard), Standard DF, EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) and Pathfinder (Algo) continuously working to make these products more client friendly and developing new products in the line.Cost Optimization / Business Portfolio Strategy:- Analysing client’s portfolio for potential opportunities to estimate the savings by calculating Total Cost Occupancy through various analysis (Agile, Workplace Optimization, Sustainability & Labor Arbitrage etc.), and consulting to invest savings to shape the future of the business.Big Data Munging:- Transforming erroneous or unusable large data into use case specific onesby using various tools, and providing insight and analysis in the various form (Dashboard, Model etc.) to the leadership team.
