Providing support and advice to victims of anti-social behaviour and co-ordinated a partnership approach, pulling together multi agency case reviews when needed and co-ordinating multi-agency action in the resolution of anti-social behaviour, including liaising with partner agencies. Established a system of accurately monitoring and recording incidents of anti-social behaviour reported to the Local Authority.Executed the powers given to the Local Authority under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, including developing policies, multi-agency processes and memorandum of understanding to aid the partnership working between the Local Authority and partner agencies.Worked closely with the Local Authority’s legal department or any external agency in preparation for any court actions, including gathering evidence from agencies and producing witness statements. Facilitated, participated in the monthly JATAC (Joint Agency Tasking and Co-ordination Group) meetings.I helped to promote and co-ordinate initiatives to ensure targets for anti-social behaviour are achieved and developed a wide range of contacts with statutory and voluntary agencies, local communities, Councillors and Local Authority officers to ensure effective responses to anti-social behaviour.

Developed and ran group sessions for 7-10 medium to high risk female offenders. Covering a range of topics such as offending behaviour, creative workshops, life skills and healthy relationships. Key working 3-4 residents on a ‘one to one’ basis focusing on addressing offending behaviour, boundaries and assisting with finding employment and housing. Other duties of a project worker included administering medication, carrying out drug tests, breathalysing residents, assisting residents with general enquiries and tasks such as cooking and spending time with residents and practicing pro social modelling.Writing reports on offender progress for the Probation service.
