Role : Assistant manager of a motherhub and Transport Centre (MHTC) processing ~ 50k shipments per day.Projects:• Designed complete outbound layout of a sortation center having an area of 265,000+ sq. feet by analyzing the demand from various geographies according to the business need. Used clustering and search optimization algorithms to optimize the layout. • Developed an automated tool to determine area allocated to different locations inside the facility for outbound logistics, class, and the number of vehicles required for that location and complete dock management dashboard for the smooth and effective running of the facility. • Responsible for managing the floor as an Assistant Manager and executing plans of senior management on the floor . • Manpower Planning of the facility according to AOP and cost reduction in transportation of the same by 15% by optimizing transportation routes .
