• Managed the Project with Team of Engineers, Site Agent, Foremen, Surveyors, QS Team, QC/ Safety Team and Sub contractors (Nominated/ Domestic/ Direct) to work in harmony towards the completion of Project .• Administered the works in line with Project Manager and Contract Manager.• Liaising- Internal with Service Coordinator, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Contract Manager, Procurement Department and Stores.• Liaising- External with Client- Project Managers, Architect, Structural Engineer, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect and Service Consultant.• Also Liaising External with Subcontractors for Drawings, Shop Drawings’ and Inter phase.• Quality checks carried out as per Guidelines/ Specification by Preparing Checklist and QC forms.• Arranged Safety Training and seminar for Site Agent, Foremen and Leading Hand.• Coordinating Drawings of Architect, Interior, Structure Engineer and Service Engineer.• Raised RFI, MAS-Material Approval Sheet, MPS-Material Procurement sheet and Extra Items/ Works List.• Reduced Cost to Company by awarding work to workers on Piece Rate and Recycling possible Resources.• Monitored the Progress of Project and applied methodology to avoid Delays.• Prepared Progress Reports for Site Review Meeting with Client, Client-Project Manager and Consultants.• Organized Review meeting with Subcontractors.
