I was looking for the Global HP-Shell contract for outsourced desktop services. The contract was for USD98M for a period of 5yrs.The scope was to manage all software and hardware for Shell global. My area of responsibility was to project manage all projects within this scope.I had a team of 22 people located In US, UK and Malaysia.

- Assisted and built the Global Service Desk operations in Malaysia for the Asian time zone support- Managed a group of 7 technical 5 SAP analysts- Proposed, planned and implemented a 24x7 operations- Developed service oriented processes using ITIL standards- Responsible for the recruitment, training, succession planning, retention and evaluation of all team members- Developed a Quality Measurement roadmap document using Six Sigma and Critical Success Factors as methodologies

- Network Infrastructure Management of the entire Satellite TV and Radio Broadcasting at HQ and all sites within Malaysia- Managing a team of 4 engineers from recruitement, training and work management- Full planning, designing, confiuring, testing, implementation and support were done in-house- Implemented Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management for all impacted systems- Involved in the development of RFI and RFQ for projects above RM1 Mil
