• Responsible to provide technical support for entire Canada for all clients, weekly service calls assigned by senior management to ensure customer satisfaction with technical support.• Provide technical support remtely/ on-site for all Sciex mass spectrometer systems as triple quadruples, QTRAP, Q-TOF, Triple TOF, Qstar XL, Shimadzu/ Agilent – HPLC -High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Peak- Nitrogen Gas Generators.• Plan and execute for pre site Refurbished instruments installation procedure as per standard protocols-site planning guide.• Perform Reinstallation, performance verification, qualification and commissioning of analytical instruments as per Lab Tech Support/ manufacturer standard procedure.• Troubleshoot the instrument problems of all clients working in different industries: Hospital-clinical and research laboratory, Food testing, pharmaceutical.• Trained new staff/ junior team for Sciex mass spectrometer systems to enhance the knowledge and utilize resources efficiently.

Responsible for key account management by interacting with the senior management to ensure customer satisfaction with technical support on all delivered products as certified service dealer of AB Sciex in Qatar Doha- Middle East. Ensure to support with minimum resolution time to maintain our sales and service quality assurance. Provide technical support as a manufacturer certified engineer on all mass spectrometer systems as triple quadruples, QTRAP, Q-TOF, high performance liquid chromatography and nitrogen gas generators manufactured/supplied by AB Sciex.Plan and execute presite installation procedure as per standard protocols-site planning guide.Perform installation, qualification and commissioning of analytical instruments as per manufacturer standard procedure.Responsible to follow client compliance procedure for safety and regulation standard.Troubleshoot the instrument problems of all clients working in different areas as food, beverage product testing, drug discovery, new born baby screening for Amino Acid, Forensic and Toxicology. Ensure to provide solution with minimum downtime to maintain customer satisfaction.Maintain annual maintenance contract and comprehensive service contract schedule of clients and perform preventive maintenance of mass spectrometer, gas generators and HPLC systems accordingly.Provide technical/operational on-site training and arrange overseas training at manufacturer facility for clients to enhance technical proficiency.
