I am a legal professional passionately drawn towards contract management with keen interest in drafting, vetting, redlining and negotiating contracts while managing contracts through its lifecycle. My practice area has been mainly in the information technology and SAAS industry. I focus on assisting business to assess and mitigate risks in deals. I work towards enabling them to have fair and equitable contracts with emphasis on establishing a long-term relationship. My strength lies in good communication skills and the ability to have constructive discussions with diverse business groups ranging from senior management, internal teams, customers, and vendors. My experience includes working on both buy and sell sides. With a desire to excel in the field of contract management, I have successfully completed the Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) Practitioner Certification from World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM).Adapting to a new environment and quickly learning the organizational methods and procedures fascinate me. I am very intrigued and driven to succeed in all aspects requiring analysis and solving of moderately complex problems with a strong desire to find new solutions and path to resolution. Adept at increasing department efficiency with improvement in operational processes, formulating time management strategies and resolving critical issues.
