My 15-year background includes successes in global financial, technical, transformation, data analytics project implementations and in developing & leading offshore agile adoption. Skillfully managing project planning, direction, execution, milestones, and lessons learned. As a first-generation immigrant and the first in my family to graduate from a university, I understand the importance of community and relationship-building. Active in the interfaith community, I have chaired the Chardi Kala 6K Memorial Run/Walk event held annually in Oak Creek, where thousands of individuals of different racial, religious and ethnic backgrounds come together to celebrate diversity and tolerance. Passionate about giving back, I was invited by President Barack Obama, to the white house for successfully helping the community navigate a recovery plan after a mass shooting in the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin. I also sit on 4 nonprofit boards. My hobbies include deep conversations, meditating and enjoying the outdoors.
