 Assisted in client projects supporting senior GRC Consultants and Technical Architects in the delivery of consulting projects such as digital strategy, incident response management and technical design for security tools (MS Intune, Azure MFA, Azure AD Conditional Access, Role Based Access).  Attended client meetings, participated in client workshops, developed workshop material for engaging staff, tested technical users to ensure configuration was in accordance with requirements, developed user guidelines. Assist the team in creating documents such as set up of Azure AD MFA using app, text message, single sign-on (SSO) for Meraki dashboard, single sign-on (SSO) for global protect, sharing role base access between web application and Azure AD by using Microsoft tools such as Word and Visio. Gained knowledge of addition and deletion of users and resources, assigning a role to users, conditional access, Identity access and management in Azure AD. Understanding of Admin centers of Office 365 such as security, compliance, Azure Active Directory, end user devices, and SharePoint. Assist in preparing presentation such as Windows Hello for Business, Digital Strategy, and designed Vector Infographic through PowerPoint. Assist in preparing questionnaires for digital capability using Microsoft forms and Survey Monkey. Assist in the development of a digital capability assessment tool using Excel. Provide workshop shop support for digital strategy engagement.
