Mandeep Kaur Virdee is the Founder and CEO of KaurMaxwell. She is an experienced commercial litigator recognised for her determination and astute tactical approach to disputes. She is also KaurMaxwell's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, Finance and Administration.Mandeep has represented a broad range of clients including leading corporates, ultra-high net worth individuals, celebrities, and those who find themselves in financial difficulties. She has extensive experience in Insolvency and Restructuring and has both prosecuted and defended in cases centred around antecedent transactions. In addition, Mandeep is well versed in all matters around Shareholder Disputes and Directors' Disqualification. Mandeep completed her LPC and qualified in 2011, having obtained her LLM Masters the year before. She was granted Higher Rights of Audience in 2010-2011.She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi and is a member of the Society of Asian Lawyers.
