- Manage the team of Product Specialists and Training Sales, Support, Testing and Projects teams to work efficiently with the product as well as explaining them with new features of the product.- Manage and create product documents, website, forum and technology and marketing materials. - Develop the Marketing Collaterals for the Product (PPT / Brochures/ Case Studies / Demos etc)- Specifying market requirements and features for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.- Manage and analyse potential partner relationships for the product as well as new integrations with 3rd party companies and technologies.- Lead the team to design for product showcase and participate in the exhibition of broadcasting industry.- Responsible for training of Design and Technical team from Clients, Dealers, Partners.- Provide best solution to partners and clients for their daily operations as well as special projects like Elections, Live coverages etc.

Joined Beehive in November 2006 as a Graphic Designer trainee, then during the course of 4 years I got promoted every year from Graphic Designer to Application Specialist, then Sr. Application Specialist and then Product Specialist and Sr. Product SpecialistI was responsible to create designs for broadcast events, demos and presentations at exhibitions and roadshows etc.Completed many elections and sport events with 100% success and client appreciations.Provided training to over 200 people on Wasp3D Software.

Responsible to create Motion graphics, Virtual Sets and Daily stings etc. for Sahara News Channels.Was introduced to the world of Realtime 3D Graphics and worked on VizRT software.

This was the turning point in my life to change from Print Media to Film and Broadcast media.Started to work as a 2D design artist to work and correct photographs with Ved Films. Learnt Compositing on Autodesk Combustion on the job from the Editor and started to work as a compositor and color correction artist with Ad Films as well as created 3D animations for Ad Films.Also learnt Sound Engineering and also did professional sound recordings for Ad films. Worked with renowned voice over artists like Inder Mishra, Rini Khanna, Shammi Narang etc as well as Music Album artists like Palash Sen, Daler Mehndi etc.

Was responsible to create designs for various govt. department and companies and like Nina Ricci, Enterprise IG, Dubai Mall, Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Police etc.

Was working for companies like Hutchinson(now taken over by Vodafone) Airtel, Idea. They are one of the biggest printers in Delhi and serve almost all the big companies to print their hoarding and banners. I was responsible to design these hardings and posters. Also designed campaign posters for elections and Advertising houses like Lowe Lintas, Thomson, Mudra, Wizcraft etc.Designing and Assisting for the priniting of the hoardings of companied like Airtel, Idea, Hutch, ITC Wills, ITC John Player, etc.I also experienced to work with 16 Feet solvent printer by Scitex.

With this company i learn got experience with Offset printing and also started to work with Solvent printing with 6 feet solvent printers. The offset printing machine was Heidelberg and Solvent printer was Infinity. Was designing for companies like Samsung, McDonalds, Yamaha as the company was responsible to print posters for Samsing Phone Stores etc. Also worked with prominent design and advertising houses like Mudra, Thomson, Leo Burnett etc.

Started my print media career with this company and learnt to operate and print on HP 4 Feet plotters.Also learnt 3D modelling and animation from the owner of the company(Mohit Gajjar) as he was a well experienced Animator. He also taught me how to work in with detail and quality in mind and he was a really good mentor.
