IT Analyst- Tata Consultancy Services. Main responsibilities for this role are listed below:• Perform Functional testing following AGILE methodology• Coordinate with cross-functional team members and oversee test execution of the SCRUM team• Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, analyze the business logic and share estimates• Document Test Strategy and Test Plan• Automate Manual regression test cases via Selenium using Java• Log and track defects via defect tracking tools i.e. Jira and HP ALM• Maintain smoke test suite covering high maintainability using Page object model• Execute automated test scripts on chrome and IE browsers• Write Test plan and produce functional test cases for UI and database testing• Extract daily test execution and defect status reports• Develop Automated Test Scripts for Client applications• Run Defect triage meetings on weekly basis to maintain JIRA with latest statuses• Perform Regression and Integration testing on QA, SIT and PAT environments• Perform Mobile testing using DeviceAnywhere• Perform SOAP UI and Rest API testing• Perform validation using TestNG• Configure management for batch jobs using tracking tools• Ensure the implementation of best practices and processes as per company standards• Provide post production support for launched software product on need basisTools Used:PostMan, Eclipse, JIRA, Soap UI, HP ALM, SQL Developer, Confluence, ServiceNow, Ms Teams, EMC Networker, Veritas, DeviceAnywhere, Netbackup, HP Data Protector, IBM Tivoli
