As head of renewables for GAP Ltd it was my responsibility to launch distribution of renewable products to the customer base of over 5,000 construction professionals. Setting up the division included all aspects of small business unit management and included buying, sales operations, external/internal staff training and system desgin, aiding new starters through MCS across Solar Thermal, Air Source and PV systems.

Having started with the business as area manager for the distribution of building products for this large PLC was tasked with assisting the launch of "Eco Warehouse". The area of the business concentrating on Solar Thermal & Air Source Heat pumps. I was the first employee of SIG to sell and oversee comissioning of Solar Thermal and Air Source Heat pump systems.
