As a Land Surveyor at Mathe Land Surveyors, I apply my 8+ years of diverse experience and skills in the field of surveying to various projects, ranging from cadastral, topographical, aerial and engineering surveys. I have the knowledge and expertise to operate some of the leading equipment in the survey field, from drone mapping, GPS, and Total stations.I have worked on some of the biggest construction and mining operations in Zimbabwe, such as the Tugwi Murkosi Dam Construction and the Zimplats Ngezi Open Pit Mine, where I was responsible for setting out of works, As-built surveys, Volumes, Machine control and Drill and Blast Patterns. I enjoy the challenge and opportunity to explore and appreciate the world we live in through surveying, and I am always eager to learn and improve my skills. Outside of work, I contribute to the development of future surveyors through my work as an external assessor for a local education institution. I am also a big fan of Formula 1 and football.
