I found my perfect job while working with REED. I now work for an up market letting agency, I meet an array of people and am enjoying it immensely.

I was taken on while looking for the perfect job. It worked because thanks to REED I found it.

I started working in the Procurement department, after a short while I was transferred into the welding department. I took the daily welding records and sent them out across the company. I dealt with any queries from other departments and any help the welders themselves required. I made sure stock was ordered both for the welding and other departments. After a year, as the welding came to a finish, I was transferred to QAC department. I helped with preparing the paperwork for the hand over of the Gas Plant. I then transferred to help to scan all the ICAPS/completion packs through to Document Control. The plant was near completion and a lot of people, including myself was paid off.

Looking after customers accounts, lending, insurances, mortgages, savings. I helped customers save money and make money. If they had any queries I would help them to the best of my ability. I would contact customers to advise them that they needed to change their saving account as they could do better, or to get better lending rates. This made for good customer service and made our customers more reluctant to move banks. I helped the staff to progress to the next level by advising them and helping when needed. I was very successful in my role and this in turn helped the branch. I completed the CERTRBCB level 3 and have the Chartered Banking Standard.

I recorded all the invoices and took any orders required for the factory towards the building of the furniture. I covered on the switchboard when required. I dealt with the representatives for each company we bought goods from or was interested in buying from.
