 Oversee 1-3 leasing agents and working closely with 2 other Property Managers and maintenance staff Generate delinquency reports, write letters and continued follow-up with tenants about delinquency status Generate deposit reconciliations after move out Gather and compile current market and economic information to prepare competitive market trends Maintain ongoing tenant relationships to ensure overall tenant satisfaction and tenant retention Accept and process payments Prepare and process applications including background, residential history, income and credit checks Conduct property inspections, and move-out/move-in walk throughs  Plan and implement special events for residents Work closely with our attorney’s and testifying in court when needed Prepare lease contracts and conduct contract signings Customer dispute resolution, finding solutions acceptable for the company and customers satisfaction Set and implement goals to keep all 10 locations at 100% occupancy

 Manage approximately 45 employees total, 8-20 a shift Answer inquiries and resolve issues of both employees and guests Observe and monitor staff performances to ensure efficient operations Operating and balances cash registers along with daily deposits and change orders Recruitment from start to finish, conducted interviews, hiring, training and disciplinary action Pre-pared the bi-weekly schedule for all employees Accounts payable and receivable Operations management ensuring company growth Set and met cost performance related goals Inventory and quality control
