Directly responsible for hiring, development, success, and continued growth of Lowe's In Home Sales Program. Provides program direction and support to 6 Specialty Departments (Cabinets, Appliances, Flooring, Home Décor/Windows & Walls, Millworks, and Paint. Promote sales programs such as Credit Financing, Lowe’s Protection Plans, Special Order Sales, and Installed Sales in all stores in district through daily interaction and influence with store sales teams. Build relationships with Vendors and Partners of Lowe’s products to encourage training and engagement with District and Community Events. Represent Lowe’s to local Chambers, Townships, Community Organizations, Non-Profits, and Trade Shows.• Provides direction to the In-Home sales program within an assigned market area to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, close rate, and average ticket goals• Collaborates with Store Management in the hiring, managing, leading and monitoring of sales teams• Performs report analysis and travels with team on in-home appointments, role plays, and other feedback channels to identify gaps in execution and sales opportunities• Champions customer service programs and actively assists in positively resolving sales related complaints involving an In-Home/ Installed sale to ensure strong customer scores• Provides competitive intelligence to Regional Sales Directors relating to outside sales programs to support design/implementation of competitive pricing strategies• Creates tailored development plans for each team member by analyzing metrics and determining each individuals strengths and weaknesses to ensure that plan plays to each team members strength and development needsResponsible for sales training and support to achieve sales goals in a $650 million dollar sales district located in Charleston, South Carolina and surrounding areas.

-The principle purpose of the Market Sales Manager (MSM) is to drive achievement of sales, margin, and profit goals for their market area by providing management over a team of Project Specialists and helping them navigate the steps in the sales pipeline. -As the outside sales leader and subject matter expert on the Lowe's selling model and market opportunities, the MSM provides leadership to their sales team to help them maximize market share in all product categories approved for the Project Specialists Program.

• Startup segment within Sprint to target Mid-Market regionally located accounts.• Responsible for entire Sprint Portfolio including Wireless, Wireline, Cloud Solutions, M2M, Infrastructure, Mobile Device Management, Applications, and a myriad of other solutions. • Managed team of tenured Hunter/Acquisition representatives to exceed quota, develop business strategies to position Sprint as their valued partner, work with Channel partners, and be the trusted advisor to our targeted accounts.

Central Florida/ Georgia

• Manage sales team of outside sales representatives that are responsible for hitting a monthly unit quota by penetrating business to business customers.• Sales Managers are accountable for superior customer service as well as profitability through effective management of the channel. • Responsibilities include the hiring and training of Account Executives, the development of creative programs for driving sales as well as reducing churn, and staying proficient on new technology. • Responsible for contract negotiations for winning new business and renewing existing customers through interaction with Special Pricing Teams and expertise with internal resources.

North/Central Florida And Alabama

• As Data Sales Manager I was responsible for all aspects of Data Sales in the North/Central Florida and Alabama market for Business Direct, Local Indirect, and Retails channels. • Coordinated Sales Activities with Local, Regional and National Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to maximize market sales performance.• Manage sales activities with Third Party software and application developers.• Supervise Daily Activities and Sales Funnels of Data Account Executives.• Organizing local events, trainings, and programs as necessary.• Managing to activities that drive Data Solutions activations, reduce churn, and increase local market voice sales.• Meet product specific sales targets as well as exceed monthly quotas. • Tasked with setting quota assignments using run rates, territory assignment, channel alignment, and headcount support for team/market.

• Responsible for supporting Nextel Local Market Account Executives, Corporate Account Executives, and Government Account Executives in tandem selling situations in the North Florida Market.• Consultant specializing in data integration by working with software and hardware developers to position Nextel as a total business solution to Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, as well as Local, State, and Federal Government.• Daily activities include prospecting of new and existing accounts, supporting seminars and trade shows, research and demonstration of new data applications, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, communicating market information to sales channels, and making formal presentations.• Develop and execute training programs to the Account Executives on an ongoing basis as new products are introduced.
