Certified IT Specialist with a love for learning and growing! Computers have been a big part of my life since the early years. I remember discovering computer gaming and being so fixated on understanding how it worked and what I could do to be a part of it. I later discovered a love for music and wanted to learn how to record my own songs and produce songs for other musicians. This led to learning the ins and outs of sound engineering and setting up many computer/music workstations that would produce the best results. After 12 years of success and achievements in the music industry I decided I wanted to try my hand in another industry: IT. I now consider myself more of a hobbiest producer and am fully committed to building a career in IT. My previous experience in Customer Service and Sound Engineering has created a large list of transferrable skills that can be applied to Technical related work such as troubleshooting, strong communication skills, analytical skills, configuring networks and security infrastructures, installing and managing complex software and hardware, cable management, etc. However, no career change is complete without the proper education: I have secured a Google IT Support certification and plan on continuing my education to move into System Administration roles and IT Management. I'm currently working for Conduent as a Technical Support specialist.
