This was important in late 2014 when the Labor government was elected and helped to positively position the organisation for new development opportunities.- Delivery of a new website, bringing five websites under one clearly branded new site in just three months.- Development of a new project stakeholder and community engagement framework that embedded meaningful engagement at all stages of project delivery from feasibility through to construction. This was co-designed with members of the development team through an internal engagement process.- Implementation of a social media strategy (concentrating on LinkedIn) which saw followers double to almost 5000, tripled referrals to the Places Victoria website from social media and significantly enhanced the organisation’s employer brand.
