I was responsible for a team managing corporate brand and reputation, media relations, government relations, online communications and internal communications as well as community and stakeholder engagement on a diverse and growing portfolio of successful projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.Key achievements:- Delivery of a refreshed visual brand identity and a clear messaging framework that helped the executive team and staff to clearly articulate the role and purpose of the organisation. This was important in late 2014 when the Labor government was elected and helped to positively position the organisation for new development opportunities.- Delivery of a new website, bringing five websites under one clearly branded new site in just three months.- Development of a new project stakeholder and community engagement framework that embedded meaningful engagement at all stages of project delivery from feasibility through to construction. This was co-designed with members of the development team through an internal engagement process.- Implementation of a social media strategy (concentrating on LinkedIn) which saw followers double to almost 5000, tripled referrals to the Places Victoria website from social media and significantly enhanced the organisation’s employer brand.
