Mandi is the Group Director of Solar Hub Energy Ltd., an innovative energy investment company serving the main developers and government in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific.As a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, Mandi's jewelry design incorporates high end colored diamonds with historical Chinese heritage which are custom made for many celebrities in HK.She is a founding member of City University of Hong Kong's Industrial & Business Leaders Circle and the first elected postgraduate student representative in the Council of the City University of Hong Kong.Currently, Mandi is a Doctor of Education Candidate in Hong Kong University where she initiated a new Higher Education recruitment system in selecting the best prospective students with the university.
