Former leadership experience in a Fortune 500 company specific to Shared Services in project development, administrative audit management, and technical writing. Strong skills in planning, administration, and internal customer service. Experience in team development and implementation. Strengths include strong communication, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn positive criticism into a vehicle for improved success.I enjoy a Paleo lifestyle and take joy in cooking and meal prep. Regular short distance trail running with my dog (5-10k), workouts and brunch with my girlfriends, and evening down-time keep me balanced. My workouts include HIIT, Powerlifting, Crossfit WODs, and obstacle course race training. When I have the time, I enjoy ocean SUPing, (attempting) surfing with my kids, and skiing.I am currently working on a project that I hope will help women who suffer from the after-effects of domestic violence.
