• Requirement Analysis(Gather customer requests and analyse them)• Analyse data required to build the web application and how it can be represented according to the customer requirements• Build the database using MS SQL Server (data relations, tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, jobs etc)• Perform Database administration functions as and when required• Design the web application report according to the URS using ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL Server 2005 /2012.• Test the application and arrange demo presentation to relevant users.• Compile user manuals/guides and provide training to relevant users.• Maintain the web applications• Define Service Improvement plans for the currently running web applications/reports and implement them.• Ensure that the MS SQL Server database hosting the data is up and running/available at all times.• Analysing data from web based reports and writing reports for Management for decision making. • Managing Incidents on ITSM7 application• Managing Changes on the web based reports
