Vocational Individualised Program (VIP)VIP caters for Year 10 students at educational risk. Students in the program are assessed as having learning difficulties, behavioural problems and / or poor attendance. The focus of the program is to encourage students to attend school and provide students with the opportunity to learn skills that will help them to find full time employment.The class consisted of male and female students including Aboriginal and Cocos Island students. Some students had learning difficulties due to physical and mental disabilities.All students participated in work experience that was co-ordinated from within the program. All students had Individual Education Plans based on various levels of numeracy, literacy and social skills and also incorporated goals relating to careers or further education.

Aboriginal Tutorial Assistance Scheme - Homework Centre AssistantDesign and facilitate programs specialising in numeracy and literacy to aid in the education of Aboriginal students during after school times.Mentoring of Aboriginal students at educational risk.
